KEATING Allister Leslie 07/11/1963 passed away 21/04/2016 Of King’s Stanley, Stonehouse Sadly taken from us too early. Courageous, improbable and truly inspiring. He was a fighter to the end. Allister will live on in our hearts. A great man. Son to Valerie and Alan, A loving father to Ruben, Dedicated partner to Michaela, Wonderful step father to Daisy, Poppy and Fern, An incredible friend to so many. The Funeral Service will be held at St Swithun’s Church, Leonard Stanley on Thursday, 5th May at 11.30a.m. “Come dressed as I remember you.” Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, may be sent for Cancer Research UK and Sue Ryder Care, Leckhampton c/o Allen-White, Funeral Directors, Crown Mews, Bath Road, King’s Stanley, Stonehouse, GL10 3JG. Allister was the first manager I had as a newly qualified social worker who was supportive and helped me with some difficult decision-making. So sad to hear of his death at such a young age and I will be thinking of Allister and his family today at this sad time...I am in Spain, otherwise I would have joined ex-colleagues who are attending his funeral.
