CHAMBERLAIN Josephine Patricia "Josie" Passed away peacefully at Cheltenham Hospital on Thursday, 17th March, 2016, aged 84 years. Much loved wife of the late Victor. Funeral service to be held at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Thursday, 21st April at 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Josie for the Minchinhampton Surgery Charitable Trust, may be sent c/o Philip Ford & Son Funeral Directors, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud. GL5 4ES.
