SIMS Esme Peacefully on March 21st at North Devon Hospice, aged 57 years. Formerly of Mason Road, Stroud. Very much loved by her partner Paul, sister Ange and Steve, parents Doug and the late Pauline. Also a very special auntie of Dan, Chris, Lacey-Rose and extended family. Any donations to North Devon Hospice.
