BAILEY Eleanor (Ellie) Of Lightpill, Stroud. Passed away peacefully on Monday, 29th February, 2016, aged 88 years. Beloved Wife of the late Frederick Bailey and much loved Mother of David, Joanne and Ron. Dear Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Mother in law.
