POWELL Philip R.G. Of Stratford Road, Stroud. Died peacefully on the 18th December 2015, aged 83 years. A much loved dad and grampy. His funeral service will take place at Gloucester Crematorium on Tuesday, 5th January 2016 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
