BAKER Phyllis Phyllis died peacefully at Horsfall House, Minchinhampton on Sunday, 25th October, 2015. Loving mother of Malcolm, Janice and Hilary. Funeral Service to be held at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel on Friday, 20th November at 1.45 p.m. Family flowers only, donations to The Salvation Army may be sent c/o Philip Ford & Son Funeral Directors, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud, Gloucestershire.
