THOMAS DR JOHN DEREK OBE, 0 St J, MB BS. John died peacefully on Wednesday, May 13th, aged 88. He will be deeply missed by his Family, and the many who passed by his house and stopped to talk. Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance is on Wednesday, May 27th at 3.15pm, at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel. No need to come in black: despite our sadness, this is a celebration of John's life. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu to Alzheimer's Research UK, cheques c/o Family Tree Funeral Directors, The Old Painswick Inn, Gloucester Street, Stroud. GL5 1QG.
