SMITH DAVID JACK Of Warden Hill, Cheltenham, Formerly of Stroud and Cainscross. Peacefully on Friday, 8th May 2015, following a short illness, aged 78 years. Much loved Husband of the late Pat, Father of Caroline and Alison and adored Grampy of Chloe, Max, Amber, Hannah and Philip. The Funeral service will be held at St Matthew's Church, Cainscross on Tuesday, 19th May at 11.15am, followed by committal at Gloucester Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
