VICTOR DOUGLAS CHAMBERLAIN Passed away peacefully at Cheltenham Hospital on 13th November 2014, aged 92 years. Much loved Husband of Josie. Funeral service to be held at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Saturday 29th November at 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Minchinhampton Surgery Charitable Trust may be sent c/o Philip Ford and Son, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud. Gl5 4ES
