LOUISE ADELLE CHAPMAN 'LOU' Passed away suddenly at home on Monday 22nd September 2014, aged 27 years. Much loved Daughter of Sheila and the late Chris Chapman, loving Sister of Liz, doting Auntie of Lottie May, beloved Niece, Granddaughter and Friend to many. Funeral Service at St Matthew's Church, Cainscross, on Thursday 9th October at 12.00 noon. Followed by burial in the churchyard. Family flowers only please.
