DOROTHY EMILY POWELL Passed away on 27th August 2014, at Horsfall House, Minchinhampton, aged 99 years. Memorial service to take place in the Day Centre at Horsfall House on Sunday 28th September at 4pm. Friends and Neighbours are invited to attend. No flowers but donations to Horsfall House (made payable to MCE) are welcomed and may be sent c/o Philip Ford & Son, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud. GL5 4ES
