MICHAEL ROBERT GARLAND Known as Mike, passed away in hospital after a long illness on Saturday 12th July 2014, aged 80 years. Much loved Husband of Late Wife Sheila, Dear Father of Sean. Funeral Service at The Church of The Immaculate Conception, Beeches Green, on Monday 28th July at 11.00 am. Followed by burial at Stroud Cemetery. The Family would like to express their grateful thanks to Dr Robin Blenkarn and the Staff at Locking Hill Surgery, and Sister Jan and the Nurses on Gallery Wing Ward 1 at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, for the wonderful care and compassion Mike received during his illness, and the last few days of his life. Special thanks also to Debs for putting sparkle back into his life for the last six months. No Flowers by request.
