SUSAN JANE PARTRIDGE (Nee HERBERT) Of Amberley Passed away at home on 10th July 2014, aged 50 years, after a courageous battle against cancer. Much loved Mother of William, Charlotte and Emma and Daughter of Phillip and Mary Herbert. Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Parish Church Amberley, on Monday 21st July 2014 at 2.00pm followed by burial.
