LEONARD KOZLOW Passed away peacefully on Thursday 5th June 2014, aged 91 years. Much loved Husband of Anne and Father of Jayne. Funeral Service at Gloucester Crematorium on Thursday 26th June at 12.30pm. Family Flowers only please.
