A WOMAN from Stroud has been sentenced after assaulting a man.
Katherine Botchett, aged 47, of Bath Road, Stroud, pleaded not guilty to a single charge of assault by beating.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on February 5 where Botchett was found guilty.
The court register states the offence took place on July 20, 2022 in Stroud.
Botchett was fined £60 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £24 plus £50 in costs - a total of £134.
