AN EMERGENCY closure is in place in Stroud town centre.
At Kendrick Street, Stroud, outside Batemans there is an emergency road closure from 9.30am until 3.30pm today, Wednesday, January 17 and on Thursday, January 18.
This is for urgent drainage works.
Residents going through George Street aiming to go to London Road will have to divert via Russell Street.
Traffic coming the other way will not be affected.
