A MAN from Cashes Green faces a whopping legal bill and has been banned from the road after breaking a low speed limit.
Michael Riordan, aged 41, of Walter Preston Court, Cashes Green, was caught breaking the 30mph limit in The Avenue, Stinchcombe while driving a Toyota on June 8, 2023.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on December 5, 2023.
Riordan was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 plus £90 in costs - a total of £398.
The court register states he was also banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
