A STROUD restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Fifteen, based in George Street, Stroud, Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on November 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Hygiene ratings are scored from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
