OUR nostalgia pictures this week feature some classic images from the Stroud area.
The old Erinoid Cricket ground played host to some great action from the Gloucestershire team.
The first recorded important match on the ground was in 1880, when Stroud played a United South of England Eleven.
In 1956, Gloucestershire played Nottinghamshire in the grounds first first-class match.
Does anyone remember the distinctive smell from the Lewis and Hole building in Dudbridge?
Thanks to Stroud Area Photos and Cotswold Picture Postcards group on Facebook for use of the images.
