A car has been completely destroyed by a fire at a popular tourist site.
Fire crews from Stroud are at the scene of a car fire at Coaley Peak Picnic Site, near Nympsfield.
The fire is now under control but the car has been badly damaged.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service said: "One crew from Stroud is on the scene of a care fire at Coaley Peak Picnic Site.
"Two hose reels, two breathing apparatus and a fire extinguisher have been used.
"Unfortunately the car has suffered 100 percent damage sustained from the fire.
"The fire is now under control and we expect the crew to leave the scene shortly."
